ASH Drywall's works package for this project included all drylining, metal-stud partitioning, rendering and steel framed system (SFS) installation aspects for the scheme. The wider project involved construction of 175,000 sq ft retail and leisure space, including an additional 22 retail units at the centre. Over 300 extra parking spaces were also provided through the construction of two new decks of car parking above the existing multi-storey car park.
